The DS machine series offers a full range of machines for a broad variety of applications. With the availability of numerous driving capacities and grinding wheel dimensions all requirements can be met. Thus, the machine can be used for dry and wet grinding according to the requirements and the equipment or run on the built-in exhaust extraction system.

The workshop grinding machines of the DS series with integrated extraction system in the machine stand are characterized by their compact construction. The accumulating rough grinding dust is pre-cleaned by a water pre-separator and the downstream pre- and after-filter effectively enables a fine filtering. This pre-cleaning process of the grinding dust ensures a long lifetime of the filter elements. Service doors at the exhaust stand make a simple and uncomplicated maintenance of the exhaust extraction system possible.

Grinding and suction motor can be started simultaneously by a common switch. The wet grinding machines of the DS series are equipped with a large fluid collection basin for ergonomic working conditions. The water collecting tray with integrated dirt separator contains a powerful and reliably working coolant pump.

Flexible coolant hoses which are individually adjustable with reducing valves supply the grinding areas with the cooling water. For maintenance work, the water collecting tray can be simply disassembled from the machine. The grinding motor and the coolant pump are separately switchable.
